Do I need good credit?

No. Good credit isn't required. We finance in-house, with low down payments and flexible payment schedules.

How long does approval take?

From application to approved in 10 minutes or less. The application itself takes about two minutes, and you don't need an account.

How do I know if I'm approved?

After you apply online, our financing team reviews your application and gets back to you quickly, using the contact info you gave us.

What do I need to apply?

Valid driver's license to register the car and verify your identity.

Proof of income, such as recent pay stubs or bank statements.

Proof of residence, such as a utility bill in your name or a lease.

Will my payments help my credit?

We report your payments monthly to the credit bureau, so you can build your credit as you pay.

Can I drive home the same day?

Yes. Apply and upload your documents online, come in already approved, choose your car and drive home the same day.

Before and after you buy

Do your cars come with a warranty?

Yes. Every qualifying vehicle comes with our Drive Confident limited warranty, valid for the first 30 days after purchase (excluding Powersports vehicles). It covers most major mechanical systems and key drivetrain components.

Applies to cash purchases and in-house financing through Neo Motors Credit. Cars financed through third-party lenders follow those lenders' warranty terms.
